신화창조 13기 물품 배송 현황에 관련하여 안내드립니다.

신화창조 13기 물품은 이전 공지드린 대로 4월 18일(목)부터 순차 배송 중이며 현재까지 약 65% 발송이 완료되었습니다. 

해당 물품은 해외에서 제작 후 한국에 입고되는 방식으로 현지 제작 공장 사정으로 인해 상품 관리 및 발송을 담당하는 한국 업체로 납기일이 지연되어 배송이 늦어지고 있습니다.
물품이 한국에 입고되는 대로 바로바로 팬 여러분들께 발송 중에 있으니 조금만 기다려 주시면 감사하겠습니다. 앞으로의 발송 예정 현황에 대해 전달드리겠습니다.  

- 5월 10일(금) 신화창조 13기 물품 발송 90% 완료 예정
- 5월 24일(금) 신화창조 13기 물품 발송 100% 완료 예정 

5월 말까지 국내외 모든 발송을 진행하는 것을 목표로 진행 중이며 위 발송 현황에 맞춰 모든 팬클럽 회원분들이 받아보실 수 있도록 최선을 다하겠습니다. 팬 여러분들의 깊은 양해를 부탁드립니다.

Hello. This is SHINHWA COMPANY.
This is the notice for delivery of 13th SHINHWA CHANGJO fan club joining goods.

Delivery of the goods are in the process starting from April 18th(Thurs) like we mentioned and about 65% of delivery is completed.

The goods are manufactured overseas and shipped to Korea, so the delivery of the goods are delayed due to the late shipment of overseas manufacturers to the company in Korea in charge of the management and delivery of the goods.
The goods are being delivered as soon as they are shipped to Korea, so we would kindly ask you for your patience and we really appreciate your cooperation. This is the planned delivery schedule. 

- May 10 (Fri) 13th SHINHWA CHANGJO  goods delivery 90% complete (expected)
- May 24 (Fri) 13th SHINHWA CHANGJO goods delivery 100% complete (expected) 

We have a plan to finish all the delivery from here and abroad by the end of May and we will put our best efforts so that the fan club members can get the goods on time as scheduled above. We sincerely ask you for your understanding.
